ELIGIBILITY

Who Can Participate?

Students studying in their 1st or 2nd year at the School of Foreign Languages who actively participated in education during the 2025-2026 Academic Year but failed due to academic insufficiency can participate.

Who Cannot Participate?

Students who failed due to non-attendance or were on an official leave of absence during the 2025-2026 Academic Year cannot register for the 2025-2026 Summer School.

COURSE REGISTRATION STEPS

1. COURSE REGISTRATION: No course registration will be made via UBYS-SIS (Student Information System) to register for the Basic English Preparatory Class. You only need to pay the fee corresponding to the Faculty your program is affiliated with, as listed in the fee table below.

2. FEE PAYMENT: Payments can be made between July 13, 2026, 10:00 AM and July 14, 2026, 5:00 PM. Wire transfers (EFT) or electronic transfers will not be accepted.

Payment Methods:

• Payment via Branch: You can make your payment at any Halk Bank branch using your student ID number.
• Payment via ATM: From Halk Bank ATMs, follow these steps: Login → Invoice and Payments → Education and Exam Payments → University Tuition Payments → Select City Plate Code “35” → Continue → Select “IZTECH” (İYTE) → Enter your “Student ID Number” → The fee amount will be displayed, and you can complete the payment.
