According to the exemption conditions of the School of Foreign Languages, it is the field for uploading the documents of the candidates who will be exempted with a document.These documents will be checked by us. If you do not have any documents, you can choose the option ‘I will take the exemption exam’.

The system will be OPEN FROM 18 January 2023 (at 11.00) – 20 January 2023 (until 17.30)

Date of Announcement of Candidates’ Exemption Status from English Language Requirements: 24 January 2023 (at 17.00)

Date of English Proficiency Exam (to be exempt from English Language Requirements: 26 January 2023 (saat 10.00-14:40)

Announcement of English Proficiency Exam Results: 02 February 2023 (at 17.00)

Every non-exempt candidate will be on the exam list.

Important note: Candidates who come from a program that teaches 100% English (the language of instruction is English) in 3 (three) academic years and who wish to be exempted from this condition will upload a transcript containing this phrase. If this information is not clearly written on the transcript, the candidate is to upload another document containing this information.

The passing grade of the English proficiency exam is 59,50 and above.

Candidates with enough grades are exempted and entitled to enroll in their programs.

Candidates who do not get enough grades (except for the departments of Engineering Management, Software Engineering and Data Science) are registered in the preparatory class.
