SUMMER SCHOOL CALENDAR

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Students studying in the 1st and 2nd year of the School of Foreign Languages ​​who actively participated in education and training in the 2024-2025 Academic Year and failed due to failure can participate.

WHO CANNOT PARTICIPATE?

Students who failed due to absence in the 2024-2025 Academic Year and were considered to be on leave cannot register for the 2024-2025 Summer Term.

COURSE REGISTRATION STEPS:

1- COURSE REGISTRATION: In order to register for the Basic English Preparatory Class, no course registration will be made via UBYS-ÖBS, and you only need to pay the fee of the Faculty to which your program is affiliated from the fees listed in the table below.

2- FEE PAYMENT: It can be made between 08/07/2025, 10.00 – 09/07/2025, 17.00 and payments via EFT or money order will not be accepted.

Payment from Branch: You can make your payment with your student number at any Halkbank Branch.

Payment from ATM: From Halkbank ATMs; Login → Bills and Payments → Education and Exam Payments → University Fee Payments → Select the Province Plate Code “35” → Continue → Select “İYTE” → Enter “Student Number” → The fee to be paid appears and the payment is made.

3- ADVISOR APPROVAL: It will take place between 08/07/2025, 10.00 – 10/07/2025 23.59.
