• Students applying for transfer under Central Placement (Additional Article 1) for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year,
• Undergraduate and graduate students who fulfilled the attendance requirements of the English Preparatory Program during the 2025–2026 Academic Year,
• Undergraduate and graduate students of the English Preparatory Program who were granted a one-year leave of absence for various reasons.
