Dear Students,

Course registration for students who will be enrolled in the Basic English Preparatory Program during the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year will be carried out automatically by the Directorate of the School of Foreign Languages.

Important Information

• Normal Duration of Study: The normal duration of the Basic English Preparatory Program is one (1) academic year.
• Tuition Fee / Contribution Fee Payment: Students who are repeating the preparatory program (i.e., studying in their second year) are required to pay the applicable tuition/contribution fee.
• Payment Dates: Students who are subject to tuition/contribution fee payment are required to complete their payments between September 16 and September 24, 2026.
• Opening and Closing Times of the Payment System: The payment system will open at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and will close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Students who are required to pay tuition/contribution fees are kindly requested to complete their payments within the specified dates in order to avoid any inconvenience.
