During the dates specified in the Exemption Calendar, fields will be opened in the Application System (LUBES) for candidates admitted to graduate programs to indicate whether they will take the English Exemption Exam (“will take the exam”) or to upload their valid exemption documents if they have any. Candidates who wish to be exempt from the preparatory class must upload their documents meeting the exemption criteria to the system. Exemption status of candidates who do not upload their exemption documents within the announced schedule will not be accepted.

The exemption status of candidates who meet or do not meet the exemption criteria will be announced on the application system on the date specified in the schedule.

Important Note: The medium of instruction at our institute is 100% English. Graduate student candidates who apply within three (3) academic years from the date they graduated from undergraduate and graduate programs that provide 100% English education at higher education institutions must upload documents (such as transcripts, relevant official documents from the school they graduated from, etc.) indicating that their education was conducted 100% in English and the date of graduation to the application system. These conditions also apply to our institute’s students.
